Well, as you can see (with my name plastered everywhere) I am Alana! ...pronounced 'Alayna'... One of the things I am most proud of is being a wife to my husband Cj, a mother to our beautiful son Cash, adorable daughter Isly and the owner of two wild dogs, Bentley and Ruger.
I believe one of the biggest ways to get through this crazy life of ours is to keep things light and full of laughter. I would describe myself as one heck of a goofy person (for reals, ask anyone who knows me), and try to bring the best out of every scenario!
I am seriously so thankful you are taking the time to check out my website and I would truly love it if you contact me about any questions you may have!
Hey there!
I live with 50 pythons! yes, you read that right...pythons. (message me to hear more about that one)
I met my husband on facebook, then later realized we went to the same private school years ago and I instantly remembered playing "boys chase girls" at recess with him. (to of only known he would be my future husband one day)
Jesus christ is the center of everything i do. he came in human form to show us how to love god and one another over everything else, and although i struggle everyday, i will never stop working on what it is he wants me to pursue and achieve with my time here on earth.
i absolutely love getting people to laugh. that includes making crazy videos of who i am with no shame lol!
strength training & healthy living is one of my biggest passions. If i had to choose another career that i would absolutely love, it would definitely be something in that realm.
Malcolm in the middle is one of my favorite shows of all time. now that i am a mom, i totally understand why lois was the way she was...
by age 24, I had finished 6 years of college, paid my way to road-trip across the country, visit germany, Jamaica, and even flew alone to explore italy.
I played basketball for 12 years, volleyball for 5, soccer for 3, and track and field for 1 year. (I did sprints and placed second in the slowest heat once. i was so fast...)
It is an amazing feeling isn't it? You found the one. The one who makes your soul sing. The one who makes you feel complete, and that no matter what kind of day you are having, the moment you are wrapped into their arms, all troubles and worries just seem to melt away. This is it. This is the person you get to spend the rest of your life with. Remember that feeling ALWAYS.
As the two of you embark into your wedding day, do not forget for one second the feeling your loved one gives you. It is so hard to get lost in the hustle and bustle of all the details (which trust me, being a photographer, I love the details as much as anyone) but this day is about you two alone. You finally get to marry the one God handpicked to be your spouse. You finally get to enter into a union of two people becoming one, and THAT is what the wedding day is all about. Once you two commit to each other for a lifetime, nothing else matters. It will be the best day of your life, no matter what.
NOW LETS GO GET MARRIED!
